Lava Springs Subdivision

Leavitt Engineering is proud to have been associated with one of the premier
developments in the Treasure Valley, Lava Springs.
Lava Springs was developed from family farm property by Dave and Wes Allen,
Nampa, Idaho natives. When they came to Leavitt Engineering for assistance
in subdividing the property, they sought to create a family-oriented
environment. As can be seen in the sketch shown above, Lava Springs truly
met their criteria.
With approximately 30 percent open space, Lava Springs Subdivision has over
three miles of trails. Six of the cul-de-sacs in the development have 20,000
square-foot parks in their centers, creating small community areas where the
children of the residents can play close to their homes.
A sprawling network of streams, ponds, and pathways winds throughout the
Lava Springs development, enhancing a wonderful living experience.
