Since Leavitt & Associates Engineers, Inc. was founded in 1994, we have grown into a forward-thinking consulting firm focusing on structural and civil engineering and inspection.

With offices at 1324 1st St. S in Nampa, Idaho, Leavitt & Associates Engineers, Inc, was formed in April 1994 by J. Reese Leavitt. In 2019, Jimmy Church became the company President.

Civil Engineering

Site Plans
Surveyors gather boundary and topographical data at the project site. Then our civil designers create construction drawings from the digital data provided by the surveyors.

Subdivisions
We design subdivisions for residential and industrial projects. Our licensed civil engineers design the subdivision roadway, water, sewer, pressure irrigation, and storm drainage systems.

Plant Engineering

Leavitt Engineering has successfully completed dozens of mining, power generation, food processing, lumber processing, and material handling plants and facilities.

 

Facilities Design

We design facilities to be serviceable and user friendly. Our methods are thoughtful and effective. We design equipment support structures, foundations, and access facilities. We value our clients, and it is our goal to exceed their needs and expectations.


Tank, Bin, & Vessel Design Services

We are highly experienced designers of tanks and pressure vessels. We have designed hundreds of atmospheric and low-pressure tanks in accordance with national tank design standards. We routinely design hoppers, bins, tanks, vessels, and silos to be used in facilities for mining, power generation, waste treatment, food processing, lumber milling, chemical and material handling.
 
We design structural systems and supports, including access platforms, stairs, ladders, and handrails. We also have experience in piping design, including seismic bracing of piping and ducting.

    Leavitt Engineering has been in business since 1994. We are licensed in all 50 states and 3 providences in Canada. We have a proven track record since we opened in 1994 and hand-selected highly-qualified staff. We work with a specialized network of outside support companies to ensure each job is completed as smoothly as possible.
